Fredblearn offers support for programs, courses, subjects, topics, subtopics, and learning levels. Ask for the program or course you need and we can point you to the right page or refer your request to an eligible staff member.
For fees, invoices, receipts, outstanding balances, and installment options, send the program or course name and the student details. Fredblearn Support will save the ticket and route it to the right finance or admin user.
For lessons, assignments, tests, quizzes, schedules, instructional time, or class access, tell us the course and the issue you are seeing. Fredblearn Support can create a support ticket for a teacher, admin, or eligible staff member.
If you cannot access your dashboard, profile, lessons, finance records, programs, courses, or account area, send your name, email, and the page you tried to open. A Fredblearn support agent can review the access issue.
